From Skipton town centre, head up the High Street towards the castle and Holy Trinity church. Bear right at the roundabout, and follow the Bailey up past the castle on your left. As you pass the Skipton Building Society headquarters on your right, you will see a turning to your left, signposted Embsay. Take this and follow the road down into the village. Stay on this road, bearing right at the Elm Tree Inn (which will be in front of you in the centre of the village). You will pass the Village Hall and the Recreation Ground on your right, but then turn left onto Kirk Lane (signposted Eastby and Barden). The church is on your left in about a quarter of a mile, with the car park opposite.
